Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
• Fluent English language skills in both verbal and written communication.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service support in a BPO setup or other related industry.
• Prior experience with Maersk systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP and strong technical skills are considered a plus.
• Flexibility to work on a permanent night shift schedule.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for handling Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Chile tasks.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing with stakeholders.
• Must be detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking, as responsibilities include invoicing and payment collection.
• Has responsibility for handling daily issue resolutions via email and chat tasks.
• Handles concerns through a ticketing system.
• Managing and creating receipts and invoices, releasing cargo, and validating payments.
• Has accountability for preparation of export/import documentation.
• May perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations.
• May train new hires on the process(es).
• Commitment to accuracy, timeliness and compliance with established procedures.
• Strong accountability and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated efficiency, flexibility and productivity in work practices.
