Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle counter Chile tasks.
• Communicate in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders.
• Be detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking, including invoicing and payment collection.
• Resolve daily issues via email and chat, following Client/Process IOPs and maintaining quality of service.
• Handle concerns through a ticketing system similar to case management.
• Manage and create receipts and invoices, release cargo and validate payments.
• Prepare export/import documentation and submit it timely and accurately to stakeholders, including OBL (Original Bill of Lading).
• Perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations.
• Train new hires on the process(es).
• Commit to accuracy, timeliness and compliance with established procedures.
• Demonstrate efficiency, flexibility and productivity in work practices.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course; college undergraduate is acceptable.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, verbal and written.
• 1‑2 years of Spanish experience in logistics/shipping, customer service support in a BPO setup or other industry.
• Prior experience with Maersk systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP and strong technical skills are considered a plus.
• Flexibility to work on a permanent night shift schedule and weekend shifts or other schedules when necessary.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Amenable to work in Pasig City.
