Job summary

NAC Energy Inc. is seeking an account management professional to support Distribution Utilities and Electric Cooperatives across assigned regions in the Philippines.

The role focuses on maintaining regular utility engagement, coordinating procurement activities, and gathering market intelligence to support regulated power supply transactions and the utility market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in account management or utility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economics or Psychology is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in account management or utility coordination is desirable.
• Familiarity with power sector concepts and CSPs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular engagement with Distribution Utilities and Electric Cooperatives.
• Support procurement and bidding activities, including document prep and coordination.
• Gather demand forecasts, system data, and customer intelligence from utilities.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and presentations with utility counterparts.
• Provide market, regulatory and competitor feedback to the Utilities Manager.

About the role

This role provides front-line commercial and account management support for Distribution Utilities and Electric Cooperatives within assigned regions. The role is responsible for maintaining regular utility engagement, supporting procurement and bidding activities, gathering market and system intelligence, and ensuring timely coordination of commercial requirements in support of regulated power supply transactions and the utility market strategy defined by the Utilities Manager and Head.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular engagement and working relationships with assigned DUs and ECs
• Support CSPs and regulated procurement activities, including document preparation and coordination
• Gather demand forecasts, system data, and customer intelligence from utilities
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-ups with utility counterparts
• Provide market, competitor, and regulatory feedback to the Utilities Manager

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any related courses (Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economics and Psychology is preferred)
• At least 1 year experience in account management, utility coordination, or power/energy-related roles
• Exposure to Power Sector is an advantage
• Basic understanding of DU/EC operations and power sector fundamentals
• Familiarity with CSPs and regulated procurement processes
• Data gathering, documentation, and reporting skills
• Strong coordination and follow-through with customer centric mindset
• Professional communication and relationship management
• Accountability and attention to detail
