Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields (Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economics or Psychology preferred).
• At least 1 year of account management or power/energy-related experience.
• Exposure to Power Sector is an advantage.
• Familiarity with policy-driven and institutional power markets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and coordination of institutional submissions (GEA, NGCP requirements).
• Gather, organize, and maintain regulatory, market, and institutional data/documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with institutional stakeholders as directed.
• Track regulatory requirements, deadlines, and compliance items for institutional markets.
• Provide market, regulatory, and stakeholder feedback to the Strategic Institutional Markets Manager.

About the role

This role will provide commercial, documentation, and coordination support for strategic and policy-driven institutional power markets, including Green Energy Auction (GEA), NGCP-related initiatives, and Utility Enterprise transactions. The role supports institutional submissions, regulatory coordination, data gathering, and follow-through activities in support of the institutional market strategy defined by the Strategic Institutional Markets Manager and the Utility & Institutional Markets Head.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and coordination of institutional and policy-driven submissions (e.g., GEA, NGCP requirements)


• Gather, organize, and maintain regulatory, market, and institutional data and documentation


• Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-ups with institutional stakeholders as directed


• Track regulatory requirements, deadlines, and compliance items for institutional markets


• Provide market, regulatory, and stakeholder feedback to the Strategic Institutional Markets Manager

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any related courses (Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economics and Psychology is preferred)


• At least 1 year experience in account management, or power/energy-related roles


• Exposure to Power Sector is an advantage


• Basic understanding of policy-driven and institutional power markets


• Familiarity with GEA, NGCP coordination requirements, and institutional procurement processes


• Data gathering, documentation, and reporting skills


• Strong coordination and follow-through with customer centric mindset
