Job summary

Confidential Client in Taguig City, Philippines, seeks a seasoned Head of Marketing to lead the Philippines’ marketing strategy, campaigns, and local operations. You will oversee multi-channel initiatives and manage internal teams and external partners, aligning with regional business objectives.

The role requires leadership excellence, proficiency in digital and performance marketing, and strong knowledge of local regulatory advertising standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in Technology, E-commerce, or other high-growth consumer businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance within regulated industries is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives and market expansion.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, brand activation, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the local marketing team while driving campaign performance.
• Oversee relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers, and external vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product teams, operations, and public affairs for consistent brand execution.
• Ensure marketing communications comply with Philippine financial advertising regulations.
