Job summary

Citistores, Inc. is seeking a Regional Retail Manager to drive sales across multiple locations. You will lead store managers, monitor performance metrics and implement regional marketing strategies to maximise profitability.

Qualifications

• Monitor and analyse store-level performance metrics, including sales, profitability, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction indices
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of store managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements across all locations
• Implement and oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to regional market conditions
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to maximize profitability across the region
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess store conditions, staff performance, customer experience, and adherence to standards
• Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions to resolve performance issues promptly
• Collaborate with head office departments to ensure effective communication and alignment with corporate strategy
• Recruit, train, and retain quality personnel for store management positions throughout the region

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site management capacity
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail locations and achieving sales and profitability targets
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop store-level management teams

• Experience in budget management and cost control within a retail environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail management systems.
