Job summary

DwightSteel Building Systems Inc. is seeking a senior sales and marketing professional to lead our operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on growing the assigned sales area, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the sales team to achieve targets.

The candidate should have extensive experience in construction materials, strong leadership, and a proven track record of driving revenue. Monday–Saturday work is required, with competitive perks and benefits offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on sales and marketing experience in construction/building materials; managerial experience is a plus.
• Candidates with strong managerial background may be considered with 7–9 years in sales/marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales operations and lead a team effectively.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned sales area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet quota requirements.
• Oversee sales executives' performance and the daily operations of the plant.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure proper implementation of company standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment in the assigned area.
• Enforce discipline and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations at all times.
