Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced sales/marketing leader for its Cavite on-site operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of hands-on sales and marketing experience in construction or building materials, with prior managerial experience preferred.

You will manage the assigned sales area, develop strategic plans, oversee the sales team and plant operations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Regular Monday–Saturday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• At least ten (10) years of hands-on sales and marketing experience in the construction or building materials industry.
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience in the same industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned sales area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet quota requirements.
• Oversee sales executives' performance and the daily operations of the plant.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure proper implementation of company standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment in the assigned area.
• Enforce discipline and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations at all times.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or College Degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
