Job summary

A construction materials company in Davao Occidental is looking for a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the construction industry. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, developing strategic sales plans, and leading the sales team to achieve objectives. Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential. This role requires working Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least ten years of hands-on sales and marketing experience in the construction or building materials industry.
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience in the same industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales operations and lead a team effectively.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned sales area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet quota requirements.
• Oversee sales executives’ performance and daily operations of the plant.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure proper implementation of company standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment in the assigned area.
• Enforce discipline and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations at all times.
