Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock seeks a Management Reporting Analyst to deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for Asia markets, driving data-driven decisions.

You will consolidate financial and non-financial data, partner with Regional Controllers and Finance teams, and develop dashboards using Anaplan, Power BI, and SmartView. Hybrid work with day shifts and onsite in Diliman, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial or management reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and provide insightful commentary on monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Consolidate and analyze financial and non-financial data from various Asia markets to identify trends, variances and drivers.
• Partner with Regional Controllers, Finance teams, Actuarial teams and other stakeholders to support reporting deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and templates using Anaplan, Power BI and SmartView.
• Drive process improvement and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency of reporting.
• Support month-end and quarter-end activities and communicate key updates.
• Perform peer reviews, maintain documentation, and train junior team members as needed.
