Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Business Performance Senior Analyst in Metro Manila to deliver accurate management information focusing on sales production, manpower, and MIS reporting. This role supports decision-making through insightful analysis and cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate will develop visual dashboard reports and enhance reporting processes to align with strategic objectives and KPIs, while working in a hybrid arrangement with Manulife/John Hancock.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and programming skills with expertise in financial spreadsheets and trend analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to perform data simulation and create report commentary.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage the relevant processes to ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery of MCBL and CBC reports based on agreed SLAs.
• Create, generate and implement new/enhanced reports as required by management.
• Accurate data processing, including computation of simple non-system-based compensation/incentives processing.
• Initiates work process improvement.
• Prepares work process documentations as part of records management.
• Undertakes special projects to support on-going operations/system enhancements.
• Manage periodic updates for contests, promotions, and conferences, ensuring alignment with mechanics and post-event requirements.
• Perform data simulations for contests, promotions, and conferences to maintain budgetary compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop visual dashboard reports, including charts, graphs, and diagrams, to facilitate data presentation and strategic analysis of KPIs.
• Continuously enhance current reporting processes and conduct periodic reviews to ensure alignment with objectives and KPIs.
• Actively participate in and contribute to various distribution projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with multiple departments, including MCBL Distribution and other business units, to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
