Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced logistics project professional to own end-to-end delivery of new initiatives from concept through pilot and launch to business-as-usual handover.

The role requires developing business cases, managing cross-functional teams, negotiating with 3PLs and partners, and leading pilots with data-driven adjustments before scaling regionally. Strong communication, Excel proficiency, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing logistics or supply chain projects, ideally including launching new services, trade lanes, or network/route expansion.
• Experience with 3PLs, shipping lines/freight forwarders, or pickup-point networks is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with competing timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data to build business cases and track performance (Excel required; SQL or data tools a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Flexible, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of logistics initiatives from concept to launch and handover.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies for new services and route expansions.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and milestones to keep launches on track.
• Partner with 3PLs, shipping lines, and pickup-point partners to onboard vendors and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Tech/Product teams.
• Lead pilot testing and monitor performance before scaling regionally.
• Track post-launch performance and use data to guide go/no-go decisions.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and keep milestones updated.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and external partners for smooth execution.
