Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Area Head of Landside Products to lead the Landside Transportation, Customs and Depot portfolio across the Area. The role owns end-to-end performance and delivers optimal P&L outcomes for Landside, Customs and Depots, while driving growth and efficiency across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain management.
• Strong South-East Asia logistics industry experience and market knowledge, particularly across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams across multiple countries and diverse cultures.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead initiatives from conception through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Landside, Customs and Depot operations across Area.
• Own and deliver Area Landside, Customs & Depot P&L performance, including revenue, gross profit, EBIT and cost management.
• Drive commercial growth through pricing, win-rate improvement and execution of volume plans.
• Represent Landside, Customs & Depot within the Area Leadership Team and contribute to Area business strategy.
• Establish governance, performance management disciplines and accountability for safe, compliant service delivery.
