• 15+ years of experience in logistics background with highly developed strategic and structured thinking capabilities and business problem-solving.

• Own and deliver Area Landside, Customs & Depot P&L performance, including revenue and costs.
• Drive pricing, win-rate improvement and execution of volume plans.
• Ensure financial health through cost-to-serve management, productivity improvements and asset utilization.
• Lead end-to-end Landside, Customs and Depot operations across Area.
• Ensure safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery that meets customer and business expectations.
• Drive operational performance through productivity, utilization and network effectiveness.
• Define & execute vendor strategy to ensure optimal network performance and service reliability.
• Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, carriers, depot operators and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Technology and Product teams to achieve business objectives.

Purpose of the role

The SEA Area Head of Landside Products is responsible for leading the Area Landside Transportation, Customs and Depot portfolio across products and operations. The role owns the end-to-end performance and delivery of the portfolio and is directly accountable for formulating and driving optimal Area P&L outcomes for Landside Transportation, customs, rail and depots.

Report to: Area Managing Director, SEA

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Financial leadership

• Own and deliver Area Landside, Customs & Depot P&L performance, including revenue, gross profit, EBIT and cost management.
• Drive commercial growth through pricing, win-rate improvement and execution of volume plans.
• Ensure financial health through effective cost-to-serve management, productivity improvements and asset utilization.
• Represent Landside, Customs & Depot within the Area Leadership Team and contribute to Area business strategy

Operational Excellence & Service Delivery

• Lead end-to-end Landside, Customs and Depot operations across Area
• Ensure safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery that meets customer and business expectations.
• Drive operational performance through continuous improvement in productivity, utilization and network effectiveness.
• Resolve critical operational issues and market escalations to minimize business and customer impact.
• Monitor and improve key operational, service quality and safety metrics.
• Define & execute vendor strategy to ensure optimal network performance and service reliability.
• Build strong partnerships with key customers, suppliers, carriers, depot operators and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Technology and Product teams to achieve business objectives.

People Transformation & Capability Building

• Lead and develop a high-performing Landside, Customs & Depot leadership team.
• Drive talent development, succession planning and organizational capability building.
• Sponsor and implement transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience and profitability.
• Establish performance management disciplines, governance mechanisms and accountability
• Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, collaboration and execution excellence

What we are looking for:
