Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Landside Product Manager (PH) responsible for owning and growing the Landside portfolio with a strong focus on Customs (MCS) and First Mile solutions. You will drive revenue growth, margin optimisation, and pipeline conversion while ensuring operational feasibility and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will own end-to-end performance, lead product strategy, and collaborate across functions to deliver bundled logistics offerings that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in logistics with landside ops and business development.
• Proven product, operations or sales with P&L ownership.
• Understanding haulage, customs processes and commercial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Landside product portfolio performance, focusing on Customs (MCS) and First Mile support.
• Drive product strategy, offerings and bundled logistics aligned with customer needs.
• Lead business development, pipeline creation, qualification and conversion.
• Deliver revenue, gross profit and margin through RFQs, pricing governance and approvals.
• Ensure Go/No-Go decisions based on product fit, feasibility and risk.
• Align operations with vendors and control costs across outlays and productivity.
