Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Landside Product Manager (PH) to own and grow the landside product portfolio, with a strong emphasis on customs (MCS) and support for First Mile solutions. Qualifications

• 8+ years of logistics experience.
• Experience in product, operations, or sales with clear P&L ownership and commercial accountability.
• Strong understanding of haulage operations (port-to-port) and Indonesia customs processes.
• Able to balance growth and margin discipline with strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to assess deal profitability and make Go/No-Go decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
• Licensed Customs Broker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of Landside product portfolio, focusing on Customs (MCS) and FM support.
• Drive product strategy, bundled logistics solutions, aligned with customer needs and priorities.
• Act as product-led business development owner, driving pipeline creation, qualification and conversion.
• Own and deliver on revenue, gross profit, and margin, including RFQs and pricing governance.
• Lead Go/No-Go decisions based on product fit, feasibility and risk considerations.
• Ensure operational alignment and cost optimization across vendors and productivity levers.
• Maintain compliance with Indonesia’s customs regulations and broader trade requirements.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators for the landside portfolio.
