Job summary

Philip Morris International (PMI) is seeking a Regional Key Account Executive to manage PMFTC's business across a defined set of local accounts. You will drive volume, build partnerships, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with internal teams for growth in your assigned region.

The role requires strong negotiation and analytical skills, a business mindset, and willingness to travel within the region. Field work from San Fernando and related offices is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in Key Account Management or Sales in FMCG or retail.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region.
• Driver's license with at least one year driving manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, market share, pricing, and inventory performance across accounts.
• Execute account strategies, product launches, and visibility programs while tracking results.
• Support merchandising contract development and negotiations.
• Handle account servicing, orders, deliveries, and coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct business reviews, trade checks, and regular store visits.
• Monitor budgets and report spending variances.
• Share store feedback, ensure contract compliance, and support cycle plan execution.
• Follow company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.

Regional Key Account Executive (RKAE)

you will be responsible for managing PMFTC's business within a defined set of local accounts in your assigned region. Your role is pivotal in driving volume and growth, ensuring contract and pricing compliance, and building strategic partnerships that give PMFTC a competitive edge.

Accountabilities:

• Account & Territory Management: Drive sales growth, market share, pricing, and inventory performance across assigned accounts.
• In-Store Execution: Execute account strategies, product launches, and visibility programs while tracking results.
• Contract Strategy: Support merchandising contract development and negotiations.
• Administrative Coordination: Handle account servicing, orders, deliveries, and coordination with internal teams and agencies.
• Account Engagement: Conduct business reviews, trade checks, and regular store visits.
• Budget Management: Monitor budgets and report any spending variances.
• Team Collaboration: Share store feedback, ensure contract compliance, and support cycle plan execution.
• Corporate Compliance: Follow company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.

Skill And Competencies

• With driver's license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in Key Account Management or Sales in FMCG or retail industry
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Willingness to travel within assigned region

Work Location: San Fernando Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:30 AM
