Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced logistics leader to oversee hub and area fleet performance across a regional network. The role focuses on enforcing standards, driving KPI improvements, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

You will lead capacity planning and remote teams to deliver consistent results against targets. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in logistics (FMCG/3PL preferred), proven leadership, and a data-driven approach with Six Sigma or Kaizen familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in logistics; FMCG or 3PL experience is a plus.
• Has held a leadership role in a division or team.
• Process driven person.
• Experience in data analysis, particularly in performance management.
• Engineering background is a plus (Industrial/Process).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality principles is advantageous.
• Strong communication, listening and escalation skills.
• Able to manage teams remotely
• Multi-tasking capability

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads to keep hubs on track with standards.
• Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced across assigned hubs.
• Lead team briefings and weekly staff meetings; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Continuously improve KPIs for productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Improve internal processes between hubs and the Operations team to enhance SLA.
• Implement new processes and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead a team capable of scalable growth and cross-functional collaboration.
• Conduct capacity planning and remote team management.
