Job summary

DP World Philippines is seeking a Procurement Officer to drive transparent and competitive procurement processes for civil construction and infrastructure projects. You will manage sourcing, negotiations, and post-award activities while working closely with project teams, finance, legal, and operations.

Qualified candidates have a degree in Engineering/SC/Procurement and 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, quantity surveying, and contracts management.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

• Manages end-to-end procurement for high-value civil construction, maintenance, repair, consultancy, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinates contractor sourcing, negotiations, contract award recommendations, and post-award admin activities.

Job description

This position is with one of DP World’s entities in the Philippines and will be employed under our Ports and Terminals business pillar.

The Procurement Officer ensures that activities are conducted in a transparent, competitive, and compliant manner while supporting project delivery objectives, cost optimization, and risk management.

Key Accountabilities

• Manages end-to-end procurement activities for assigned high-value civil construction, maintenance, repair, consultancy, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinates contractor sourcing, negotiations, contract award recommendations, post-award contract administration activities, and other responsibilities in accordance policies and requirements.
• Works closely with project teams, finance, legal, and operational stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Graduate of Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
• With 3-5 years of experience in procurement, quantity surveying, and contracts management
• With good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
