Job summary

iQor Philippines is seeking an HR professional to provide support in compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment and training.

The role involves maintaining HR policies, coordinating benefits, interviewing candidates, conducting orientations, and preparing reports.

Occasional tasks include preparing job descriptions and maintaining employment records; you will work with management to address issues and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR or related experience.
• Working knowledge of local employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and delivers HR policies, procedures and programs.
• Communicates and interprets policies and procedures; identifies employee relations issues and resolves them.
• Coordinates administration of mandated and company sponsored benefit programs.
• Analyzes wages and salaries and prepares job descriptions.
• Coordinates approval process for and advertising of open positions; interviews prospective employees, checks references, makes offers, conducts orientations.
• Assists management in analyzing and identifying special training needs.
• Maintains and processes employment forms and records and prepares related reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
