Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, or business development in fintech, digital payment, banking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible in terms of location assignment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute campaigns to drive client acquisition.
• Conduct market scanning to identify target clients and opportunities.
• Assess potential clients' eligibility and financial capacity.
• Assist in preparing business proposals for review.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and sales activities.
• Assist in product presentations and client negotiations.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize leads.
• Facilitate documentation and onboarding.
• Liaise with partners and internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Support partner training and orientation.
• Promote new products and enhancements to partners and clients.
• Prepare reports on market segments, client feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
