Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, PR, or brand activations.
• Proven experience managing Tier 1 partnerships with high-profile brands.
• Strong project management with ability to plan and execute activations.
• Ability to develop partnership strategies that drive growth.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the brand's high-profile sponsorship, overseeing deliverables, activations, and stakeholder coordination.
• Act as the key liaison for all activation partners and media/press contacts.
• Lead end-to-end execution of sponsorships and brand activations (e.g., press conferences, venue branding, milestone events).
• Maintain and manage a calendar of events, deliverables, and sponsor/partner obligations.
• Coordinate asset submissions, appearances, and co-branded materials for sponsorships/partnerships.
• Support the internal marketing team in creating campaign tie-ins with strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
