Job summary

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Regional Expansion Manager to lead recruitment for Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors, building a high-performing sales group.

You will drive sourcing strategies, motivate leaders and agents, and conduct Joint Field Work to support selling activities and closings. A business/marketing degree and 3–5 years of sales leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in agency sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong influencing and negotiating ability.
• Ability to build a talent pipeline and expand networks.
• Dynamic, collaborative, and highly motivated individual.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and implements strategies to recruit Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to establish a high performing sales group.
• Motivates and manages Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to increase sales and recruitment.
• Conducts Joint Field Work (JFW) with Agency Leaders and Agents to assist in selling activities.
