Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is seeking a Regional Expansion Manager to lead recruitment of Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors, establishing and managing high-performing sales groups.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to expand talent networks. A business or marketing degree is preferred, with a dynamic, collaborative mindset and results-driven attitude.

• Conducts Joint Field Work (JFW) with Agency Leaders and Agents to assist in selling activities.
