• Lead the primary Global Shared Services within the assigned region and accounts.
• Drive transformation and automation initiatives, including AI adoption, across projects.
• Oversee P&L, budget, forecast, and benefits in collaboration with GSS leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ESG principles across locations.
• Foster cross-location collaboration and alignment with Japan and regional stakeholders.
• Build and develop regional teams, manage talent, and drive engagement and inclusion.
