Job summary

Satellite Office in Manila leads a blended Finance and Customer Service team to deliver high-quality service for offshore stakeholders. The role focuses on performance, coaching, and ensuring efficient operations aligned to Australian business hours.

You will manage rostering, mentoring, onboarding, and process improvements, while maintaining strong SLAs and customer satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a similar role are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor or Operations Manager role within shared services, BPO or finance operations.
• Solid grounding in finance/accounting operations (AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting).
• Experience supervising a customer service function (voice, email or chat).
• Experience supporting international clients (AU/US) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and performance-manage a blended team of Finance and Customer Service staff.
• Manage rostering, attendance and shift coverage to overlap Australian business hours.
• Drive engagement, retention and career development within the team.
• Onboard and train new hires, ensuring consistent process knowledge.
