Job summary

Private Advertiser in Pasig City is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team, drive performance, and strengthen customer and account relationships across Metro Manila. You will supervise, coach, and implement sales strategies, travel for field work, maintain client partnerships, prepare forecasts, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 2–3 years of sales experience with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong background in sales operations, account management, and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to use motorcycle for field work, if applicable.
• Amenable in Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market coverage.
• Manage and maintain good relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Conduct regular field visits and monitor sales activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
