Job summary

Skyro is seeking a Field Sales Executive in the National Capital Region to drive monthly and annual sales targets and grow Skyro’s merchant network in Metro Manila and nearby areas.

You will recruit and onboard retail partners, train staff on Skyro products and processes, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and regularly report results to management. This role offers growth within a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage retail partners (e.g., merchants, stores).
• Monitor and drive productivity of partner outlets and field sales teams.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with merchants.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify market opportunities and expand Skyro’s presence in the area.
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and activities to management regularly.
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
