Job summary

VinFast is seeking a high-potential Executive Successor to join our regional leadership team and support market expansion across Southeast Asia. This role will drive sales growth, dealer/distributor network development, and commercial excellence across Indonesia or the Philippines, while building capabilities to lead new markets and regional business units as the organization scales.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or above and 10+ years in the automotive sector with strong experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
10+ years of experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry with exposure to Sales, Commercial, Dealer/Distributor Management, or Network Development.
Proven track record in a senior leadership position (CEO, DCEO, Managing Director, etc.).
Strong experience in managing dealer/distributor networks, sales operations, market expansion, and commercial performance.
Proven ability to lead large-scale teams and multi-market operations.
Strong strategic, commercial and business leadership with growth and market expansion.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales and network development strategies.
Drive sales performance, market expansion, and dealer/distributor network growth.
Lead dealer/distributor performance, capability development, and operational excellence.
Identify and support new market opportunities and business expansion initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen market execution and resolve critical business issues.
Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and executive leadership development.
