VINFAST in the Philippines/Indonesia region is seeking an Executive Successor to drive regional market expansion and lead the automotive sales network across Southeast Asia. You will shape commercial strategy, lead multi-market teams, and groom future regional and C-level leadership.

The role requires a track record in senior leadership within automotive or motorcycle sectors, strong English communication, and a vision to build scalable networks and capabilities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 10+ years in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Senior leadership experience (CEO, Managing Director, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead multi-market operations and network growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales and network development strategies.
• Drive regional sales performance and market expansion.
• Lead dealer/distributor network performance and capability development.
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen market execution and resolve issues.
