Stretch Distribution Inc. (SDI) is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our distributor network in the Albay region. You will identify, acquire and develop new distributor relationships, promote products, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Demonstrated success in B2B sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within the Albay Bicol Region are essential to excel in this role.

• Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role within distribution or wholesale.
• Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management and organisational skills to priority multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (training provided).
• Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation for travel within Albay Bicol.
• Flexibility to travel for client visits and market development activities.
• Knowledge of distribution industry or Bicol Region market is advantageous but not essential.

Mansioni

• Identify, acquire and develop new distributor relationships within the Albay Bicol Region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors through regular contact and support.
• Present and promote Stretch Distribution Inc. products and services to distributors.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations tailored to distributors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfilment.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitive positioning.
