Educar Shared Services Inc. is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional to manage and grow assigned territories, focusing on sales, distribution, and market presence. The role involves building strong customer relationships and expanding market coverage across the Makati region.

The ideal candidate will have a business degree, FMCG or distribution experience is a plus, and strong negotiation, analytics, and Excel skills. Willingness to travel for regular field visits is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in sales, account management, territory management, distribution or business development.
• Experience in FMCG, foodservice, retail or distribution is an advantage.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
• Results-oriented, proactive, organized and able to work independently.
