Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, Marketing, Economics, or other related fields.
Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant experience in project implementation, operations management, logistics, field coordination, marketing operations, government programs, or supply chain management. Experience in government or GOCC operations is an advantage.
Training: At least eight (8) hours of relevant training in project management, logistics, supply chain, public administration, customer service, operations management, inventory management, or related fields.
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Eligibility, RA 1080, or equivalent eligibility is preferred but not required for Contract of Service/Job Order personnel.
Knowledge: Government operations; inventory management; warehouse and logistics operations; project implementation; report preparation; MS Office applications; beneficiary validation procedures; coordination with LGUs and National Government Agencies.

Program Implementation - Oversee and supervise the implementation of the P20 Rice Program within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with program policies and operational guidelines.
Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with Local Government Units (LGUS), National Government Agencies (NGAs), the National Food Authority (NFA), Department of Agriculture (DA), partner institutions, and FTI Head Office to facilitate efficient program implementation.
Operations and Logistics Monitoring - Monitor regional selling operations, rice inventory, stock allocation, deliveries, and replenishment to ensure continuous availability of rice.
Field Monitoring and Compliance - Conduct regular field inspections and monitor the performance of selling sites to ensure adherence to operational standards and program requirements.
Beneficiary Management - Ensure proper implementation of beneficiary validation procedures and address operational concerns to promote efficient and transparent service delivery.
Performance Reporting - Prepare, consolidate, and submit accurate and timely operational, inventory, accomplishment, and situational reports to Management.
Financial and Inventory Accountability - Monitor sales, inventory movement, liquidation reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance with government regulations.
Risk Management and Problem Resolution - Identify operational issues and implementation risks, recommend corrective measures, and coordinate prompt resolution to minimize disruptions.
Administrative Support - Assist in planning, program evaluation, policy implementation, and perform other related functions as may be assigned by Management.
