Food Terminal Incorporated is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee the P20 Rice Program in the assigned region. You will collaborate with LGUs and national agencies to ensure smooth program rollout and ongoing compliance.
The role requires monitoring rice inventory and deliveries, validating beneficiaries, and preparing timely performance and inventory reports for Management. Extensive travel within the region is expected.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, Marketing, Economics, or other related fields.
Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant experience in project implementation, operations management, logistics, field coordination, marketing operations, government programs, or supply chain management. Experience in government or GOCC operations is an advantage.
Training: At least eight (8) hours of relevant training in project management, logistics, supply chain, public administration, customer service, operations management, inventory management, or related fields.
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Eligibility, RA 1080, or equivalent eligibility is preferred but not required for Contract of Service/Job Order personnel.
Knowledge: Government operations; inventory management; warehouse and logistics operations; project implementation; report preparation; MS Office applications; beneficiary validation procedures; coordination with LGUs and National Government Agencies.
