Job summary

Philip Morris International is hiring for a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to lead on-ground activations across CC and SFP in a designated region. You will drive execution excellence, gather consumer insights, and support brand strategies while coordinating with CE HQ and Commercial Operations.

The role emphasizes field sales execution, regional activation management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives; field sales exposure is an advantage.
• Valid Philippine driver's license with good driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination: Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting: Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning: Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
