Job summary

Philip Morris International in the Philippines seeks a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to lead on-ground activations across trade channels for CC and SFP within a designated region. You will execute brand-aligned plans, coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations, collect consumer insights, and monitor KPIs to drive business results and contribute to the smoke-free future.

Bachelor's degree and driving license are required; strong communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution – Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination – Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting – Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring – Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning – Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
