Job summary

Pickup Coffee is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a designated group of stores in Rizal. You will ensure policy execution, quality standards, and sales targets, working with Store Supervisors and Barista/Cashiers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will focus on cash controls, labor cost optimization, stock accuracy, and maintaining product quality while coaching teams and driving continuous improvements within a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple stores in food & beverage within a defined area.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Closely work with Store Supervisors and Barista/Cashiers to ensure consistent execution of policies and procedures.
• Train and orient store teams in manpower planning, customer service, and operating procedures.
• Identify performance challenges and KPIs, providing hands-on guidance for improvement.
• Monitor, analyze, and react to daily and weekly sales results in the designated area.
• Lead in delivering quality customer service and foster open communication with store teams.
• Train and oversee Barista/Cashiers to ensure product quality and adherence to standards.
• Ensure welfare, safety, and security of employees, locations, and operations.
• Oversee reporting on employee benefits, pay, and timekeeping documents.
• Analyze stock levels and maximize selling through inventory control.
• Manage operational funds and cashiering functions with timely availability of standard funds.
• Ensure compliance with bank deposits and sales reporting.
• Maintain records on accounts including BIR-related requirements.
• Monitor labor costs and implement effective staffing.
