Job summary

Pickup Coffee is seeking an Area Manager in Davao City to oversee a group of stores and optimize operations. You will ensure policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed to meet customer demands and sales targets.

Your role focuses on cash controls, labor cost optimization, and maintaining product quality, while developing Store Supervisors and Barista/Cashiers for continuous improvement and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple units in food & beverage.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with cash controls experience.
• Proficiency with software applications (POS/ERP).
• Willingness to travel within the designated area.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of stores to ensure policies and quality standards are met.
• Train store Supervisors and Barista/Cashiers in operations and customer service.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across stores.
• Manage stock, cash handling, and daily reporting for the area.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote premium beverages and items.
• Ensure safety, welfare, and security of employees and locations.
• Handle incident investigations and coordinate with HR/Legal when needed.
• Maintain records such as payroll, timekeeping, and invoices.
