Job summary

Pickup Coffee is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a group of stores within your designated area. You will ensure policy execution, cost controls, and consistent quality to meet customer demand and sales targets.

You will work with Store Supervisors and Barista/Cashiers to optimize operations, drive performance, and develop staff capabilities, while maintaining excellent customer experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• Requires proven multi-unit management experience in food & beverage.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Financial acumen with cash controls and cost management experience.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and travel within area.
• Willing to travel within designated area and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize operations for a group of stores in area.
• Train store teams in manpower planning, customer service, and SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs, guide improvement, and support skill development.
• Lead in cash handling controls and daily financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with store staff to maintain product quality and availability.
• Manage relationships with lessors, vendors, and local suppliers.
• Ensure multi-channel sales (Pickup Coffee App, GrabFood, Foodpanda) are active.
