Job summary

Pickup Coffee in the Philippines is seeking an Area Manager to oversee and optimize operations for a group of stores. You will focus on cash controls, labor cost management, and maintaining product quality to meet sales targets and customer expectations.

You will work closely with Store Supervisors and Barista/Cashiers to develop their skills, drive continuous improvement, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across the area.

• Proven experience in multi-unit management in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen and understanding of cash controls.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple stores within the designated area to ensure policies and standards are met.
• Train and orient store teams in manpower planning, customer service, and SOPs.
• Monitor sales results, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure welfare, safety, and security of employees and store locations.
• Manage cash handling, labor cost optimization, and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote premium beverages and food items.
• Maintain brand consistency and coordinate with lessors, vendors, and local suppliers.
