Job summary

Pickup Coffee is looking for an Area Manager in Davao to oversee a group of stores, ensure policy execution, and drive sales targets while maintaining product quality.

You will lead Store Supervisors and Barista/Cashiers, optimize labor costs and cash handling, and collaborate with Marketing to promote premium beverages.

This role requires strong leadership, travel within the area, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing multiple stores in F&B.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with cash controls understanding.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Supervisors and Barista/Cashiers to ensure policy and procedure adherence and efficient store operations.
• Train store teams in manpower planning, customer service, and SOPs.
• Identify performance challenges and KPIs; provide hands-on coaching.
• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and periodic sales within the area.
• Lead in delivering quality customer service and foster open communication.
• Oversee Barista/Cashier training to ensure products meet standards.
• Ensure welfare, safety, and security of employees and locations.
• Oversee reporting on employee benefits, pay, and timekeeping documents.
