RedDoorz is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional in Cebu to drive growth for our Southeast Asia hotel ecosystem. You will identify strategic hotel partners, manage end-to-end supply, and lead the sales team toward achieving regional targets.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Sales and Business Development with 3 years in leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales and Business Development with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic hotel properties to acquire for RedDoorz/Sans Hotels.
• End-to-end business development for the assigned area, including short- and long-term supply.
• Manage and achieve sales team targets.
• Keep abreast of local market trends and identify opportunities.
• Propose potential business deals by contacting partners; explore opportunities.
• Update key market trends and real estate developments in the area.
• Prepare and submit team reports regularly.
• Coordinate with HOD and internal departments to support accounts’ business needs.
• Develop goals for the development team and drive growth.
• Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
