Job summary

RedDoorz is hiring a Jr. Business Development Executive to drive expansion across hotels and property owners in Southeast Asia. You will own the full growth journey—from lead generation to closing deals—working with a team to turn opportunities into impact.

You’ll hunt opportunities, craft proposals, and design sales strategies to expand the company footprint. The role rewards high performance with incentives and requires strong English communication in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of sales or business development experience is a plus, but fresh grads are welcome.
• Confident communicator with strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down and close new business opportunities with hotel and property owners and other strategic partners.
• Pitch, present, and negotiate deals that hit or beat targets.
• Create customized proposals and pricing for partners.
• Design and execute sales strategies to expand footprint.
• Build long-term partner relationships and deliver support to keep clients happy.
• Monitor market and competitors to spot growth opportunities.
• Share updates with the Business Development Manager Lead.
• Help improve sales playbook and engagement programs.
