Job summary

KONE moves two billion people every day. A global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, KONE seeks a Business Development Manager (Service) to find new business opportunities, shape strategy, and drive growth across regions from its busy Manila region.

You will collaborate with Sales and Offer Development to improve profitability in various markets, manage complex projects, and build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, finance, engineering).
• Proven track record of consistent success in business performance and development.
• Experience in successful management of complex projects.
• Understanding of costs, business principles and risk management.
• Knowledge, skills, and experience in qualifying, structuring and negotiating with business partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with different kinds of stakeholders in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Finds new business opportunities to position KONE competitively in the market and according to the short and long-term business goals
• Build strategy and execute especially for NKE growth in all regions by working closer with countries
• Manage complex business development projects, e.g., acquisitions, market entry projects or geographical expansions
