International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. is seeking a branch operations leader to oversee multiple service branches and drive efficiency in elevator/escalator service deliveries. You will coordinate with service sales engineers, monitor branch performance, and ensure adherence to pricing strategies and safety standards.

The role emphasizes training, staffing planning, and strong client relations, with opportunities for career growth and regional leadership across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering; PRC license preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in elevator/escalator servicing; at least 3 years in supervision/Assistant Manager.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication, written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor staff.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee two or more service branches across regions in line with company standards.
• Plan and streamline branch operations for regular and special elevator/escalator service jobs.
• Monitor inquiries to factories and coordinate with service teams on pricing and approvals.
• Review financial performance with Assistant Managers and ensure targets.
• Plan training and development to strengthen technical and managerial skills.
• Attend client meetings and maintain strong business relationships.
