Baxter in Makati, Philippines, seeks an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead commercial strategy and drive growth across the Philippines and Indonesia. You will build partnerships with healthcare leaders, distributors, and KOLs, guiding a high-performing team to deliver revenue and market expansion.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma commercial leadership, strong forecast and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including sales, marketing, business management, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering commercial results.
• Experience managing distributor or channel partner networks.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and building strategic customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience working effectively within a matrix organization.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical market access, procurement, tendering, and contracting processes is an advantage.
