Collaborate with local Shopee teams to identify challenges and growth opportunities and develop solutions for key accounts.
Conduct category performance analyses to identify gaps and recommend strategies across marketing, pricing, and assortment.
Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives and enhance partner value.
Engage with C-suite and senior leadership to drive alignment on strategic priorities.
