MKS Workforce Management Services Inc is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative (Pandora) in San Pablo City, Laguna. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth through direct client engagement and relationship building.

You will identify new opportunities, present our Pandora solutions, conduct needs assessments, and close sales to support the company’s objectives. Travel within the local area is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a sales role, B2B or B2C.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the San Pablo City, Laguna area.
• Present Pandora products and services to potential clients with clear value propositions.
• Conduct needs assessments and tailor solutions for clients.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations for prospects.
• Negotiate terms and close contracts with clients.
• Maintain CRM records of activities, pipeline and interactions.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
