Job summary

TerraBarn Inc. is seeking a Sales Staff to develop and maintain customer relationships and drive sales growth across Visayas and Mindanao. You will identify opportunities, conduct client visits, present products, and coordinate with technical and operations teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, at least 2 years of sales experience, and strong B2B skills. Regional travel, onsite work, and a Monday–Saturday rhythm are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong B2B sales and client relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to conduct regional client visits and business travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers across Visayas and Mindanao.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct prospecting, client visits, sales presentations, and product discussions.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate product samples, technical requirements, and customer inquiries with internal teams.
• Monitor customer orders, deliveries, and other account requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales activity records.
• Participate in customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and other business development activities.
