Manulife is seeking an Agency Development Manager to lead the disciplined execution of agency programs focused on recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity, and capability development. The role translates strategic priorities into executable plans with milestones and accountability across Regions and Branches.

You will track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and escalate gaps to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in agency sales, agency development, program management, or business implementation.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or manager-level role with cross-functional coordination and execution oversight.
• Strong understanding of agency distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation of agency programs and initiatives covering recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity, and training across assigned Regions and Branches.
• Develop rollout plans, implementation schedules, success measures, and governance mechanisms to ensure disciplined delivery.
• Coordinate with Financial Advisors, Agency Leaders and internal stakeholders to align execution requirements and remove barriers.
• Monitor execution progress, resolve implementation issues promptly, and ensure activities are completed to standard and on time.
• Drive consistency, follow-through, and continuous improvement by reviewing program outcomes and lessons learned.
